Privacy Policy

Understory does not collect any personal information.

Your notes and the files you add to them are stored on your Mac. If you use a Personal Notebook, they sync through your own iCloud account; if you use a Project Notebook, they stay in a folder you chose. Either way they are private to you, and they are not readable by the creator of Understory. There is no Understory account and no Understory server.

This website uses basic analytics to count visits. The app does not.
